Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a 1099 Commercial Risk Field Consultant in TN Fayetteville to conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties and report findings for property and general liability coverage.

As an independent contractor, you’ll inspect sites such as retail, offices, churches, restaurants, and residential complexes within a typical 60-mile radius, producing clear reports with measurements, photos, observations, and hazard summaries.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with experience in commercial risk inspections.
• Expertise in construction classifications ISO 1–6 and general liability.
• Ability to produce clear, concise reports with photos and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of commercial properties.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive inspection reports including measurements, photos, and hazard summaries.
• Work within Sedgwick's network and adhere to client specifications.
