Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to become a trusted advisor and deliver innovative solutions that predict and prevent kitchen equipment failure across HVAC/R, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial customers.

You will partner with managers to provide comprehensive service for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and related equipment, using your mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Drive income through quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
