Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor network and seeks dedicated cleaning professionals to service designated commercial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. You will operate as a 1099 contractor using your own tools and schedule.

Experience in commercial/industrial cleaning is preferred. Providers manage their own equipment and supplies and are responsible for safety and quality under service agreements.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities-maintenance experience preferred, especially commercial/industrial.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques (buffing, stripping) is a plus.
• Ability to safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality standards.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for service visits.
• Dependable, self-directed work style consistent with independent contractor status.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning across designated areas (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal).
• Floor care including buffing, polishing, stripping.
• Use of own cleaning equipment and supplies for tasks.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas to hygiene standards.
• Adhere to site safety protocols during services.
• Additional tasks like painting touch-ups or light repairs, as agreed.
