Job summary

Graceland Portable Buildings is seeking an Independent Contractor Driver in Mississippi to transport, deliver, and set portable buildings. This contract (1099) role requires you to provide your own truck/equipment and insurance and to operate as a partner, not a Graceland employee.

The driver will coordinate ETAs with dispatch, anchor buildings on-site when needed, and ensure safety while complying with DOT/FMCSA requirements. Experience with delivery, set-up, and customer service is essential.

Requirements (Contractor / 1099)

• Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
• Own truck/trailer/equipment suitable for transporting and setting portable buildings.
• Maintain required commercial auto liability insurance (and any other coverage required by contract) and provide proof upon request.
• Ability to meet Graceland safety requirements (may include background screening/drug testing as permitted by law).
• Ability to work regionally/out of town as needed.

Physical Demands

• Able to lift/move up to 75+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors in varying weather.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and manual labor throughout the day.
