As a subcontractor, you receive steady installation opportunities with company-managed scheduling and potential long-term partnerships, enabling independence and consistent work. Own tools required, and background/insurance requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Proven carpet installation experience.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Valid workers' compensation insurance (where applicable).
• Valid general liability insurance or ability to obtain.
• Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred).
• Own professional installation tools and equipment.
• Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews.
