Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will be a key liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality.
• High attention to detail; professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Initial audit followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and transitions into visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
