Job summary

Uloop Inc. is seeking a Material Damage Field Appraiser to perform on-site vehicle inspections and prepare detailed estimates for auto property damage claims in the Miami area.

You will negotiate with repair facilities, review supplements, and evaluate total loss vehicles in line with company guidelines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in P&C insurance with automotive appraisal experience, is bilingual (Spanish/English), holds a valid driver's license, and can work independently in the field

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of P&C insurance background with automotive appraisal experience.
• Significant knowledge of repair and total loss techniques and statutory requirements.
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must live in the Miami, Florida area.

Responsibilities

• Perform photo based and onsite vehicle inspections to assess auto property damage.
• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates using approved estimating platforms.
• Identify repair needs and negotiate with repair facilities.
• Ensure prompt and timely resolutions according to company goals and guidelines.
• Conduct onsite supplement reviews with repair facilities.
• Evaluate total loss vehicles per company guidelines.
• Handle special projects as needed.
• Adhere to compliance training to meet state and federal laws.
• Continued education to hold and maintain required licenses.
• Work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Serve as a technical resource for claims personnel and assist with complex claim scenarios.
• Build strong working relationships with repair facilities, vendors, and internal teams.
