The role emphasizes professional autonomy, flexible scheduling (including part-time options), and a fully equipped office with OD equipment. Compensation and terms are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.

Qualifications

• OD licensed to practice optometry in the United States
• Experience in a private/independent practice is a plus
• Strong patient-care and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients within the Target Optical practice
• Collaborate with Subleasing doctor to deliver comprehensive eye care services
