Job summary

Seldin Company is seeking a Grounds/Make Ready Technician at The Oaks at Lakeview apartment community in Ralston, NE. This is a conventional property with 276 units. This position will pay up to $21.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The Apartment Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Qualifications

• Grounds/maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather.
