Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking a 1099/IC anesthesiologist to join Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville, NC. The practice includes four anesthesiologists and seven CRNAs working in a care-team model that values every voice and aims for excellence in perioperative care.

We offer an hourly rate of $300 and diverse case assignments across general, pediatric, vascular, robotic, urologic, orthopedic, and gynecologic surgery.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Current medical licensure to practice in the state.
• ECFMG/FLEX credentials if applicable.
• Provide Articles of Incorporation for S-Corp or C-Corp.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
