Job summary

Jesse L Ritter DDS PA in Baltimore, MD is seeking an associate to join a mentorship-driven practice equipped with CEREC Primemill, Primescan, and Planmeca CBCT among other advanced technologies. Initial schedule starts Wednesday and Thursday with a potential third day in January 2027 and growth to four days over time.

Compensation includes a $650/day guarantee for the first 3 months and 33% of collections; after 3 months, any deficit is recovered only from daily pay above $650.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including dental assessments and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Perform dental procedures such as extractions and prosthodontics while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with dental staff to enhance patient experiences and streamline office operations.
• Practice in line with our standard of care and treatment philosophy.

Work Days

Wednesday, Thursday to start. Potential 3rd day starting in January 2027 and growth to 4th day over time.

Compensation

$650/day guarantee for 3 months. 33% of Collections. Associate pays 33% of the lab bill ($100/crown for CEREC). After 3 months, any deficit from daily guarantee will be repaid ONLY from daily pay over $650/day. This way, if you are earning less than $650/day after 3 months, none of your pay would go towards the deficit. We are very confident you will be earning more than that after 3 months.

Insurance Situation

The incoming associate would be in-network with several PPO's. We have negotiated to receive top reimbursement.
