• At least one year of experience in a pharmaceutical cGMP regulatory environment.
• Experience with documentation processes or controlled document systems (paper-based is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Incoming Quality & Product Control: perform checks and verify materials meet specifications and GMP requirements.
• Documentation Review & Control: review, approve, and release batch documentation; support controlled documentation processes.
• Archiving & Record Management: maintain complete, traceable archival records per procedures.
• Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration: serve as a reliable point of contact and collaborate with planning, warehouse, production, customer service, and QA.
