Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, manufacturing, or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to read and verify part numbers, descriptions, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% inspection of incoming parts and components as required by procedures.
• Inspect parts for physical damage, scratches, dents, cracks, deformation, paint defects, missing features, and other quality concerns.
• Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and components against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Identify incorrect, incomplete, mismatched, or defective components.
• Verify parts meet established specifications and quality standards when criteria are available.
• Ensure questionable materials are not approved or released into inventory until properly reviewed.
