Job summary

Tolmar is seeking a Quality Control Associate I - Incoming to ensure inspection, testing and release of incoming materials across multiple facilities. You will support receiving activities with accurate documentation and lifecycle traceability.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate degree and experience in a high-volume manufacturing or laboratory environment. On-site work and adherence to Tolmar’s quality standards are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing or laboratory setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and finished products against requirements.
• Perform physical or dimensional testing on incoming materials.
• Document results per cGMP, ALCOA+, and data integrity policies.
• Enter data and results into LIMS.
• Review COAs/COCs for compliance prior to release of materials.
