Job summary

CPARC's Center for Industrial Training (CIT) is hiring a full-time Industry Integrated Supervisor to work at Messiah College in Mechanicsburg. The role focuses on supervising vocational rehabilitation and training of individuals with special needs in an integrated work setting.

Salary starts at $16.26 per hour with hours Monday–Thursday 7:30am–3:30pm. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, and a PA driver license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in industry preferred.
• Additional training/experience in vocational rehabilitation with individuals with special needs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise vocational rehabilitation and training of individuals with special needs in an integrated work setting.
• Oversee employment skills training within Messiah College location.
