Job summary

Bedford Public Schools is seeking an Educational Support Professional (ESP-2) to assist with implementing IEP goals and providing instructional, social-emotional, and behavioral support across inclusive settings. The ESP will monitor progress, collect data, and collaborate with certified staff to ensure student success.

The role includes supervising students, supporting routines, and adapting strategies to diverse learners. Salary ranges are provided with benefits; full-time position.

Qualifications

• Assist with implementing IEP goals under the direction of a certified teacher.
• Provide instructional and behavioral support aligned with student plans.
• Record data and monitor progress to inform instruction.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and positive behavior in line with school expectations.
• Supervise students in various school settings and during activities.
• Provide small group or one-on-one instructional support per student goals.
• Prepare for daily classes by consulting with teachers on targets and criteria.
• Contribute to data collection and progress monitoring for IEPs and related plans.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt learning experiences and support priority students.
