You will advocate for inclusivity, build relationships with employers, and guide participants toward their employment goals.

The role involves full-time scheduling, with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM hours and occasional evenings or weekends to support participants or employers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local businesses to create inclusive employment opportunities.
• Educate employers on ADA, accommodations, and disability awareness.
• Create individualized job placement plans based on participant strengths.
• Provide job search support, interview prep, and employment readiness.
• Offer on-site job coaching and workplace support.
• Document case notes and manage reports in the case management system.
