Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with general education teachers in push-in/pull-out or co-teaching models.
• Knowledge of curriculum appropriate to grade level, instructional strategies, classroom management, assessment, and IEP writing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; experience with advocates is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Promote inclusion of students with special needs in general education classrooms.
• Collaborate with the site's principal, BEST team, and leadership team.
• Develop and implement IEPs and coordinate with advocates as needed.
