Northwest Center is hiring an Assistant Teacher for our Downtown Seattle School to join a dynamic team supporting Lead Teachers in delivering positive, nurturing early learning experiences for children from birth to five years old.

The ideal candidate is flexible, enthusiastic, and team-oriented, with a High School diploma and preference for 1+ year of Early Childhood Education experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 6 PM; Wage Range: $23.18–$29.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Preference given to candidates with 1+ year of Early Childhood Education experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Teachers to develop and implement nurturing early learning programs.
• Tailor activities to children's developmental needs from birth to five years.
