• Fostering a Supportive Classroom Culture: Promote a classroom culture that values learning, respect, and collaboration among students. Address behavioral or academic challenges with care and professionalism.
• Lesson Plans: Collaborate with the lead teacher and intervention specialist to create and implement lesson plans for students working with us on IEPs.
• Providing Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students and guide them in 1:1 or small group settings to help them improve academically and develop essential skills.
• Professional Development: Attend professional development sessions at the start of the school year and participate in extra staff work days or trainings.
• Collaboration: Work with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment for student success.
• Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate records of student sessions and progress.
