Elmhurst Park District is hiring an Inclusion Services Supervisor to develop and manage inclusion services for participants, recruit and train staff, and oversee budgets and documentation. This role requires coordinating with guardians and staff to ensure safe, individualized plans and successful inclusion experiences.
The position emphasizes staff supervision, program development, ADA compliance, and crisis management, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some evenings/weekends for events.
