Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity incident response experience.
• Experience coordinating across IT, Legal, Risk, and Crisis Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate detection, triage, containment, remediation, and documentation for all security and business incidents.
• Develop continuous improvement programs and pre-emptive initiatives to fortify operations.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and regulatory compliant incident reporting to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for incident handling.
• Lead post-incident reviews and root-cause analysis; track remediation actions.
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage and serve as escalation point for critical incidents.
• Produce executive level reports on strategy, roadmap and read-outs.
