Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT, CS, business admin, or related field.
• 4–7 years of incident management/response experience with coordinating multi-party activities.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-aligned incident management and lifecycle.
• Experience with IT service management platforms and monitoring tools; ability to handle high-pressure SOC environments.

Responsibilities

• Organize end-to-end incident response and prioritize actions across multiple concurrent incidents.
• Ensure accurate categorization, documentation, and knowledge updates; maintain audit-ready records.
• Route incidents using telemetry; engage infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and vendors.
• Provide structured leadership updates, stakeholder briefings, and status pages; manage handoffs.
• Support post-incident reviews; identify patterns and update runbooks and workflows.
• Escalate deteriorating or unresolved incidents per SLA and escalation guidelines.
• Collect and store key decisions, timelines, and impact summaries for compliance/audits.
• Serve as single point of contact to coordinate IT incidents across teams to drive timely resolution.
• Track incidents in ITSM platforms and validate remediation steps for audits.
• Participate in post-incident reviews; translate lessons learned into process improvements.
• Maintain evidence for audits and compliance during the incident lifecycle.
