Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• 4–6 years in incident response, privacy advisory or compliance.
• Experience advising on privacy compliance programs and data governance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads and client relationships independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the incident response process from scoping to data mining.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and insureds during incidents.
• Communicate with third parties including law enforcement and regulators.
• Counsel clients on privacy compliance, pre-incident planning, and data-use best practices.
