Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an experienced Incident Response Analyst to support detection, investigation, triage, and remediation across enterprise systems. The role focuses on CrowdStrike Falcon ecosystem usage, sensor management, EDR, and alert containment in collaboration with SOC providers.

The ideal candidate will coordinate remediation activities, maintain incident documentation, and contribute to SOAR automation to protect intellectual property and critical assets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting cybersecurity incident response lifecycle.
• Ability to investigate security events and coordinate containment.
• Familiarity with CrowdStrike Falcon sensor management and policy configuration.

Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity incident response activities with internal teams and SOC providers.
• Monitor alerts, investigate activities, and identify potential threats.
• Manage incident ticket queues: triage, assign, escalate, resolve.
• Utilize CrowdStrike Falcon for threat detection, sensor management, and policy config.
• Perform front-line incident response: host isolation, block IOCs, containment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Incident Response Analyst to support cybersecurity incident detection, investigation, triage, and remediation in collaboration with internal security teams and SOC providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CrowdStrike Falcon ecosystem, including sensor management, policy configuration, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and threat containment. This role involves analysing security events, maintaining incident documentation, supporting SOAR automation, and coordinating remediation activities to protect enterprise systems, data, and intellectual property.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support cybersecurity incident response activities in collaboration with internal security teams and SOC providers.
• Monitor security alerts, investigate suspicious activities, and identify potential threats across enterprise devices and networks.
• Manage security incident ticket queues, including triage, prioritization, assignment, escalation, and resolution.
• Utilize the CrowdStrike Falcon ecosystem for threat detection, sensor management, policy configuration, and endpoint protection.
• Perform front-line incident response, including host isolation, blocking indicators of compromise (IOCs), and supporting containment and remediation activities.
