• Lead, coach, and support the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Represent the GNC brand by sharing expert product knowledge and the Live Well message.
• Merchandise products per standards and optimize visibility and ease of purchase.
• Support the overall shopping experience and customer relationships (MYGNC Rewards).
• Aim to meet/exceed personal sales and productivity goals while guiding sales associates.
