Job summary

Galderma in Orange County, CA is seeking a Manager of Incentive Compensation to design and administer incentive plans for US Market units, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal.

The successful candidate will lead plan design, ensure alignment with budgets, build reporting, and drive process improvements while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field is required.
• 4+ years of Commercial Operations progressive experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with incentive compensation domain and complex business issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and ongoing administration of sales incentive compensation plans.
• Ensure plans motivate field personnel and support the commercial sales objectives.
• Build reporting and tracking for key stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements, system automation, and data enhancements.
• Develop monthly accrual forecasts and align with budgets.
• Complete roster maintenance, PO generation, payroll file management and plan support.
