Main Office, Camp Hill, Lancaster, or North Shore office
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Additional hours as needed to fulfill department needs.
Function: The primary focus of this role is to lead the designing, implementing, and maintaining S&T Bank incentive plans that optimize employee recruitment, retention, and performance, as well as maximize the organization’s profitability through strategic partnerships with line of business leaders. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: A four-year bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or human resources; a master’s degree in related fields is preferred. Certification such as CCP is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of general business experience plus 5+ years in Compensation, payroll, and payroll systems.
Physical Demands: Operate keypad devices for 80-90% of the day; sitting for 90-100%. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
