Job summary

Codale Electric Supply, part of Sonepar USA, seeks a Warehouse Inbound Associate in Las Vegas, NV. You will prepare, package, ship and receive orders, maintain an organized workspace, and ensure inventory accuracy. You’ll inspect goods, update systems and coordinate with teams to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

You’ll work Mon–Fri 6:00am–2:30pm, lift up to 50 lbs, use receiving software, and collaborate to keep stock levels accurate. Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with receiving software and systems to track shipments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outing shipments.
• Shipping coordination: Process labels and documents for transport.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects and report issues.
• Inventory management: Update inventory systems and ensure proper labeling.
• Documentation: Maintain receiving logs and records for inventory tracking.
• Equipment use: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Collaborate with receiving, shipping, inventory and QC teams.
• Stock organization: Keep receiving area clean and hazards-free.
• Returns: Process returned items and coordinate with vendors for credits.
• Other duties as assigned.
