Morales Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate, Inbound to support our busy facility. You will learn and perform order selection, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure accurate labeling and inventory control in both temperature and non-temperature zones.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment or familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is preferred.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screenings and be flexible to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate handheld unit to create labels and place labels on products.
• Hand select orders within various temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled warehouse environments.
• Stack product on pallets following safe and efficient picking procedures.
• Operate electric pallet jack or forklift to transport product.
• Stage selected pallets for loading at appropriate dock locations.
• Follow sanitation requirements and safely operate all equipment including pallet jack and handheld unit.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and comply with MBG safety policies.
• Attend daily safety meetings and company meetings.
