Nippon Travel Agency America, Inc. is seeking an Inbound Tour Coordinator to support group travelers visiting the United States from Japan. You will coordinate hotels, restaurants, transportation, sightseeing activities, and other travel services to ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience.

The ideal candidate will have fluent Japanese, business-level English, and strong organizational skills. This in-person, full-time role is based in Gardena, CA, with opportunities to grow in the travel

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements for group tours visiting the United States from Japan
• Arrange and manage hotel accommodations, restaurants, and sightseeing activities
• Coordinate transportation services, including buses, flights, rail, ferry services, and rental vehicles
• Prepare tour quotations and itinerary-related documentation
• Arrange guides, airport transfers, and other travel services
• Promote and support travel-related products and services
• Monitor reservations and resolve travel-related issues as they arise
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and business partners in both Japan and the United States

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Tour Coordinator to support travel arrangements for group travelers visiting the United States from Japan.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating hotels, restaurants, transportation, sightseeing activities, and other travel-related services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
