Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, LLC in Union City, CA, is seeking a warehouse leader to oversee high-volume operations. This full-time role directs inbound and outbound activities and coaches frontline staff to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

You will lead a diverse team and collaborate with other warehouse functions to optimize productivity and service levels. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3 years of related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $76,800 - $101,600 a year plus bonus potential. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/preferred
• 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management systems

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
• Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48pounds
• Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
• Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
• Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak season schedules may be required
