Job summary

Inside Success TV & Network is seeking a results-driven sales closer working remotely in the United States. You will start by outbound calls using company-provided leads and will gain access to inbound calls as you perform.

You will continue dialing after inbound access, handling up to 16 Zoom sales calls daily and selling TV media packages to small businesses. You will be expected to attend daily training and maintain a professional on-camera presence, while leveraging SMS and CRM for post-call

As a sales closer, you'll consult directly with business owners on how a documentary feature can share their story, elevate their brand, and become a high-impact marketing asset in a powerful medium most haven't even considered.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

• You will start by making outbound calls using leads provided by the company.
• You will earn access to booked inbound calls based on your sales performance.
• After getting booked inbound calls, outbound calling will still be part of the role.
• Earn 20% commission on outbound sales and 10% on inbound sales, based on revenue collected.
• 2-year track record.
• Over 300 booked calls a day across 25–30 reps.
• Top reps earning $20k–$30k/month.
• Working with some of the biggest celebrities on the planet.
• Over $20 million generated with this offer.
• 120+ staff and 10 years in business.
• Over 200,000 booked calls in the last year.

EXPECTED EARNINGS (NO B.S.)

• Commission only — 20% of revenue collected from outbound sales and 10% of revenue collected from inbound sales.
• The 20% outbound commission applies whenever you sell through outbound calling, including after you earn access to inbound calls.
• Low end: $5k–$6k/month. Mid range: $10k–$20k/month. Top performers: $20k–$30k/month.
• Most reps work 5–8 hours a day.
• Top reps also build a recurring book of business — some earn $10k–$15k/month from their book alone after about a year.
• We invest heavily in training, but not everyone makes it — roughly 50% of reps are removed after 30 days. The ones who make it past 30 days do well.

THE ROLE

• No sleazy or high-pressure tactics — ethical selling only. All calls are audited.
• Start with outbound calls using company-provided leads.
• Earn access to inbound calls booked on your calendar via Typeform applications based on your sales performance.
• Continue making outbound calls after earning access to booked inbound calls.
• Be prepared to handle up to 16 × 30-minute Zoom sales calls per day.
• Sell $10k–$100k TV media packages to small businesses.
• Attend every call on time, camera on, fully professional.
• Must be comfortable with tech: sending SMS, completing reports, updating CRM after each call.
