Job Description:
What you will do:
  • Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to our company mission.
  • Take inbound, pre-screened leads remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, with a strong adherence to your schedule.
  • Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
  • Educate families on customized senior care options and help find suitable senior living communities and care providers.
  • Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.
Qualifications:

Success is measured by reaching daily benchmarks (calls and return calls), referring families to communities, and scheduling tours to drive move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor, you will be the first point of contact, providing empathetic and excellent service.

  • Two or more years of inside sales/inbound call center experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask—talk on the phone while taking notes.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM navigation.
  • Successful completion of the new hire training program.
Additional Information:
Schedule:

40-hour weekly schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.

Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $45,760 ($22.00/hour)
  • On Target Earnings: $74,000 ($28,240 variable bonus, uncapped)
  • Benefits: 401(k) with match, dental, health, vision insurance, paid time off
