Job summary

PostcardMania is hiring a Sales Floater to join our Tampa Bay area team. All sales are inbound with 2,500+ fresh leads weekly, and you will receive comprehensive training and tools from day one. Expect a full-time in-office schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with a lunch break.

Base pay is $19.23/hour, and entry reps can earn $45k–$75k/year with uncapped commissions. We value an outgoing, tech‑savvy communicator who thrives on multi‑tasking and prioritizing under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling over the phone is a plus but not required.
• Outgoing, natural extrovert that is great with connecting with people.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software.
• Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize while staying calm under pressure.
• Persistent, motivated and team-oriented.

Responsibilities
