Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a focused Customer Sales Associate in Utah to handle inbound calls from small businesses, identify cross-sell opportunities, and deliver a genuine customer experience. You will leverage Promo items and services beyond essentials while meeting monthly revenue and service goals.

You'll use Salesforce and Office 365 to manage inquiries and orders, multitask across systems, and maintain accuracy under high call volumes in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with relevant customer-facing experience.
• Experience in retail or call center environments is preferred.
• Ability to learn and use Salesforce and Office 365 quickly.

Responsibilities

• Meets monthly performance metrics for revenue and customer experience.
• Follows prescribed sales approach to increase spend and highlight value.
• Efficiently multitask and navigate multiple PC order systems while communicating with customers.
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries daily with professionalism and accuracy.
• Place high quality accurate orders for callers representing a premium supplier.

Job Summary

Takes inbound sales calls from small businesses. Identifies sales opportunities through consultative conversations and cross-sells additional business supplies. Provides a genuine and engaging customer experience while actively listening to uncover opportunities for stated and unstated needs. Expands sales opportunities beyond business essentials by leveraging additional products such as promotional items, print marketing, and other services.

• Follows prescribed sales approach to increase average spend and highlight value of products and services offered
• Efficiently multi-tasks and navigates across multiple PC order systems while simultaneously communicating with customers.
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries daily while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Places high quality accurate orders for callers that represents a premium printing supplier

Preferred Qualifications

Education: HS/GED

Experience: Strong customer-facing communication skills developed through retail or call center environments.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $19.00 - $19.25 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
