Vanguard seeks a Workplace Premier Inbound Consultant to support retirement plan participants during pivotal financial moments. You’ll deliver personalized guidance, understand goals, and connect clients with Vanguard products and solutions to help them achieve long-term financial success.

You’ll collaborate with a high-performing team to drive outcomes while maintaining exceptional service across phone, web, email, and social channels. A hybrid work model supports learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum of one-year related work experience. Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver exceptional investor experience.
• Ability to deliver exceptional client relationship management experience.
• Ability to consistently drive strong sales outcomes.
• Ability to manage internal relationships with key business partners to complete the sale.
• Experience and comfort in dealing with ambiguity and ability to apply conceptual thinking.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Comfort with phone, web, email and social media channels in which clients engage with Vanguard.
