Qualifications

• Receive inbound product and scan for proper placement.
• Able to lift and stack cases up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide jacks and pallets for unloading.
• Obtain and complete all required receiving forms.
• Verify quality and apply slot stickers on merchandise.
• Inspect product for sanitation and temperature requirements.
• Verify packaging, size, UPC, barcodes and weights.
• Communicate discrepancies with buyers when product does not match purchase order.
• May operate a lift if required.
• May perform other tasks as needed and be a self-starter.
• Able to reach, lift, and stack cases 1–50 pounds.
• Follow all training documents and procedures related to food safety and food defense.
