Job summary

Nexus Circular, a leader in advanced recycling technology, seeks a Supply Chain & Logistics Planner to support inbound feedstock planning for our plastics recycling operations. You will coordinate purchase orders in the ERP system, manage inbound schedules, and ensure material flow supports uninterrupted production.

Collaboration with Feedstock Sourcing, Finance and Logistics teams is essential as we optimize inventory, track KPIs, and drive supply continuity across manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain planning, logistics coordination, inventory planning, or procurement support.
• Experience in manufacturing, recycling, plastics, or industrial operations is required.
• Strong ERP experience including PO management and inventory transactions.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze operational data.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate inbound plastics feedstock volumes to support production requirements and inventory targets.
• Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and proactively manage schedule adjustments, delays, and supply risks.
• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term inbound planning schedules.
• Coordinate with Feedstock Sourcing to align purchase commitments with needs.
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations for receiving, storage capacity, and material availability.
• Collaborate with Finance to support inventory accuracy, accruals, and purchasing visibility.
• Track inventory levels and consumption trends to prevent production interruptions.
• Support logistics coordination related to transportation scheduling and inbound visibility.
• Maintain planning reports, KPIs, and dashboards for inventory, inbound performance, and continuity.
