Job summary

Griffin Funding, a national direct lender, seeks a licensed Loan Officer to join the Irvine team. This consumer-direct role leverages inbound leads and a robust support structure to close loans efficiently.

You will engage clients by phone, text, and email, advise on Non-QM options, and guide them through the origination process with clear communication. The company provides state licensing support, in-house processing, and strong marketing leads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a licensed Loan Officer managing leads.
• Non-QM experience strongly preferred (DSCR, Bank Statement, 5–10 unit); VA experience a plus.
• NMLS license required.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound inquiries and follow up diligently via phone, voicemail, text, and email.
• Consult with clients to understand their financial situation and recommend the right loan product.
• Guide clients through the full origination process with clear communication and consistent follow-through.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity in HubSpot and manage your pipeline with discipline.
• Earn 5-star reviews as a standard part of every closed transaction.
