HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Perform all inbound warehouse functions in accordance with Continental's Quality Management standards.
  • Strive to achieve optimal quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by performing BIN utilization activities, tire age verification, and other inventory control tasks.
  • Support and successfully execute cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
  • Maintain 5S standards throughout all warehouse areas and functions.
  • Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, regulations, and company policies.
  • Follow all Continental safety standards 100% of the time—no exceptions.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Share process knowledge with team members and provide leadership and guidance to other setup personnel and production group leaders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by shift leaders or the management team.
  • Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of the Work Keys Assessment
  • If you have already completed the Work Keys Assessment, please upload your scores to your application
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Forklift driving experience
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)

THE ENVIRONMENT
  • Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as company issued/approved steel toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. as needed in the required areas.
  • The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
  • The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating sit-down forklift occasionally, with comprehensive training provided.
