Job summary

Cardinal Health in Whitestown, NY seeks an Inbound Manager, Warehouse Operations (1st shift inbound) to lead a high-volume distribution center. You'll coach hourly teams, drive safety and quality, manage staffing and performance metrics, and partner with cross-functional groups to ensure on-time, accurate inbound receiving and ready-to-ship inventory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.
  • Six or more years of experience in operations, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience leading, supervising, coaching, or managing employees in a fast-paced operational setting.
  • Experience using performance metrics, dashboards, and data to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaboration across teams.

This role drives operational excellence by leading teams, improving processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, and customer-focused execution.The Operations Manager partners with site leadership, support functions, peers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align resources, resolve operational and project-related issues, and support a high-performing team culture. #
