Confie Insurance is seeking an Insurance Agent in Decatur, IL to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will solicit new business, maintain current levels, and strive to exceed sales targets in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned docs in agency system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises customers on products that fit their needs.
