Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking an Inbound Coordinator to support receiving and logistics in a fast-paced retail distribution environment. You will prep receiving paperwork, process POs, and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth door arrivals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in an office environment.
• General knowledge of Ace procedures, requirements and rules.
• Computer based experience using internet applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare receiving paperwork for the receiving team.
• Complete PO’s that have been received.
• Coordinate appointments and drop carriers to the proper door.
• Other General office responsibilities as assigned.
