Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC in Green Bay, WI seeks an Insurance Agent to drive nonstandard auto insurance sales for new and existing customers. You will solicit new business, maintain existing levels, and build client relationships to exceed sales targets.

The role offers an inbound/outbound mix with comprehensive training, licensure support, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. A sign-on bonus up to $1,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience; High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation in the agency management system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises customers on products that best fit their needs.
