Job summary

Freeway Insurance, part of Confie and its family of companies, is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers in a high-volume inbound environment.

You will solicit new business, maintain current levels to meet sales goals, and manage currency transactions with deposits scanned in the agency system. Strong relationship skills and the ability to educate customers on suitable products are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises the customer on products that best fit their needs.
