You will model best practices, support new hires and other Retail Sales Consultants, and perform other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, in-person role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Demonstrate best practices to maximize sales and metrics.
