Job summary

Southern Beverage Company is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize brand visibility and product availability across assigned retail accounts in Ridgeland, MS. The role focuses on POS materials, displays, pricing accuracy, and in-store execution.

The candidate will install and maintain promotional displays, collaborate with retailers to optimize shelf space, and ensure shelves and coolers are well-stocked and appealing.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising or CPG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and replace POS materials across assigned accounts.
• Ensure POS materials are clean, functional and visible.
• Update promotional displays and ensure correct pricing on materials.
• Design and maintain promotional displays to support sales.
• Keep displays stocked, faced, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with retailers to optimize shelf space and cooler placement.
• Maintain product availability through stocking and merchandising best practices.
• Execute route schedules and ensure full account coverage.
• Complete daily reports and required documentation.
• Record POS placements and merchandising activities.
