Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist to join our store teams. You will promote and sell Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice to existing and new customers while delivering a high level of customer care.

The role requires a friendly, energetic professional who can manage multiple tasks, handle transactions with accuracy, and meet sales goals in a dynamic retail environment. Candidates should have a HS diploma and comfort with technology; prior sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions
• Comfort with personal technology and basic computer applications
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience in sales/customer service preferred
