Job summary

HP Retail Sales Specialist (Part-Time) needed in Best Buy, Green Bay, WI. You will demonstrate HP products to customers, engage shoppers, and build relationships with store management and staff.

Schedule: flexible weekday shifts with some weekends; up to 15 hours per week. Pay $17.50/hour plus weekly performance bonus up to $100. Benefits include DailyPay, paid training, and a $25/month technology reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy stores
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
• Responsible for reporting and competitive insights
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas
• Contribute to team by accomplishing related results as needed
